Advanced Selection are expanding!!

ASL are please to announce 2 recent additions to their team. Steve Lea joins the team as Sales Director and Derek Grist as a Senior Consultant in the Technical Division.

Steve Lea

Steve possesses over 14 years technical, engineering and supply chain recruitment experience within the local area. He is responsible for developing and expanding ASL's technical markets across the UK. Steve is very much a family man, he is married to Catherine, they have a young family Ben, 4 and Ava - Mae, 18 months.

Derek Grist

Derek has over 12 years recruitment experience including periods specilising in defence, rail and general technical recruitment. Derek joins ASL to add additional fire power to our local technical tea. Like Steve, Derek is a family man with wife and two young children, when he gets free time he will be found in his local gym on his new found fitness purge!
