Our client, a UK IT advice, support and solutions provider is looking to recruit an additional Support Engineer/Application Support Administrator to join their team based in London.

Reporting into the Team Lead within a growing Development Team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support of my clients’ newest bespoke product to key clients and working closely with a team of Developers responsible for the development and growth of the product.

Our client is looking for individuals who are informal, progressive, bright, dynamic and enthusiastic about development and further learning that are ideally from an engineering background and decided to move into a support environment. As my client incorporates a funded training scheme individuals with existing skills or the ability to learn and be progressive should apply. Therefore ideally you will have commercial experience, an interest in or ability to grasp the following skills:

Skills: SQL, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server 2008, Switching and Routing, TCP/IP, Performance Monitor.

Our client is offering a salary in the region of £22,000 - £24,000 depending on the individual along with associated benefits such as travel, funded training, health, dental and pension schemes.
