Our client, a successful air conditioning company based in the Surrey region is currently looking for a Sales Manager to manage the sales operation involving all administrative duties and advising on a technical portfolio of their products.

Individuals must have at least 1 year’s previous sales experience ideally gained from an engineering environment.  An understanding of air conditioning units is essential. Previous experience in a management role would be highly desirable as would knowledge in File Maker Pro though not essential.

Our client is looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, as you will be managing a team of 12 internal and external sales executives. The role requires an individual who can train, manage, motivate and ensure targets and objectives are being achieved whilst working to a timescale.

The right individual must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, must be a good problem solver who is adaptable and be dedicated to providing great customer service.

The salary on offer is £25,000-£35,000 the office hours are 9:00-5:30 Monday – Friday and 20 days paid holiday and paid bank holidays are on offer.
