Our client, a leading solution provider, and serving various international companies are now looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to take responsibility for their existing electronics manufacturing department.

Reporting into the Head of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for managing the manufacturing team, ensuring the quality of delivered product and shop floor efficiency meets the required standard, internal MRP systems are fully utilised and Lean techniques are applied throughout the shop floor to improve efficiency, take control of new product introduction, maintain and manage customer expectations and relationships, ensure all documentation is controlled in line with AS9100 and all members of the manufacturing team are fully trained and appraised using the company processes.

Our client is looking for individuals who can demonstrate a proven track record of working within a manufacturing / production management capacity within an electronic component manufacturing environment, together with experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams, MRP, planning tools, MS Office, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques, change management and ISO 9001:2000 standards. You will also have strong analytical and communications skills, be self motivated and have a dogged approach to problem solving.

Our client is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, possess a flexible attitude and be able to obtain UK security clearance.

This position is offering a salary in the region of £35,000 - £37,000 together with extensive benefits which include 25 days holiday, Contributory Pension Scheme and Private Medical after probationary period.
