Our client, a manufacturing organisation based in Norfolk, due to recent expansion, has a new opening for an experienced Business Development Executive to join their existing operation.

Working with 1 other person and reporting into the Head of Internal Sales and Marketing this position is office based and will involve assisting the external Area Sales Managers in assigned areas to develop new business and effectively sell the company services to distributors.

Our client is looking for individuals who can demonstrate at least 5 years commercial experience of working within a business to business sales capacity, developing both new business and existing accounts as well as a proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets.

Individuals who have experience of selling home ware or office furnishings would be of distinct interest to our client though not essential.

Candidates will also be expected to hold a full UK driving licence and own transport as there will be a need to meet with the external Sales Manager on location once every couple of months.

Our client is offering a basic salary in the region of £18,000 with an expected OTE in the region of £25,000. The working hours are 40 hours per week 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
