 -         Build a permanent or contract desk

-         Achieving daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets

-         Daily new business development

-         Account Management 

-         Mentoring junior members

-         Sourcing, matching candidates with suitable opportunities

 ASL, are looking for a candidate with proven recruitment experience who must be target and money driven. Candidates must also have the potential to build and develop a desk within a growing market. Candidates will be given the autonomy to develop their own business and day plan whilst, contributing to the business and the team on a daily basis.

Congratulations to San!!!!

Advanced Selection is proud to announce that one of their Senior Consultants Miss San Devi has recently completed and graduated her Masters of Arts Degree.

San has been a consultant for ASL since 2004 specialising in the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality market and has also been studying for her MA in Creative and Critical Writing part time at the University of Winchester. She completed her dissertation which was a 10,000 word television script and successfully graduated this year.  San had also passed the REC Recruitment Practice with a distinction during this time so she has been a very busy consultant. We are hoping San will use her creative writing techniques to write all of our adverts and our website as well as her TV scripts, so watch this space!
