Recruitment Consultants

Due to expansion, Advanced Selection is looking for motivated and outstanding recruiters to join an exceptional established team based at our offices in Romsey.

We are looking for driven Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate a proven and successful track record of working within the full life cycle. Previous strong Business Development and proactive sales experience is essential for this role.

You will need to be a passionate self starter and a good team player. It is essential that you possess a strong work ethic, are resilient and confident in your approach and can also demonstrate proof of billings.

Responsibilities include new business development, screening CV’s and qualifying candidates conducting and organising interviews, processing all paperwork relevant to the recruitment process and maintaining ASL’s database efficiently.

In return we are offering competitive basic salaries, uncapped commission structure, contributory pension and private medical after probationary period, 21 days holiday and 4pm finish on Friday.
